Luxury Sales Consultant
Role Description
This is a 100% commission contract role for a Luxury Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized services to our high-net worth clients including fabric selection, design conception, trial fittings, and final fittings. The Sales Consultant will be expected to work closely with our CEO and production team to provide clients with the best customer experience possible and generate sales for the company.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Devise and execute creative ideas to generate new client activity
- Schedule meetings virtually or wherever convenient to present clients with fabrics options and design guidance
- Capture measurements onsite, at the client’s home, or at their place of business
- Conduct trial fittings with mock suits during the production process
- Manage each client account through their lifelong journey of elevated apparel
Qualifications
- Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in business development and closing sales
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Additional skills that would be beneficial include knowledge of luxury fashion, experience in client relationship management, and proficiency in one or more foreign languages.
Master Tailor
This role is open to any highly skilled tailors that are looking to work for a growing bespoke clothing brand. The tailor will be a full-time employee that can work from home but have the means to travel to and from our suit lounge for regular meetings/fittings. The master tailor is expected to be able to perform the following:
– Capture client measurements if clothier is not available
– Draft new paper patterns for each client according to finished measurements or specific fit preferences
– Outline and cut fabric with appropriate allowances
– Create basted fittings
– Craft fully handmade suits jackets with the following:
- jackets with full canvas interlinings
- unstructured jackets
- Wide peak, A-cut shawl, and diamond lapels
- patch pockets, slanted pockets with flaps (with aligning channels), and ticket pockets
- natural shoulder, rope shoulder, Neapolitan (spalla camicia) shoulder
- chest pocket lining that folds out
- pick stitching
- handmade buttonholes
- proper shoulder break
- princess seams (for women’s jackets)
The ability to craft shirts, denim, and top coats will be a plus.
